Productivity can be a distraction from doing real work.

You don’t become productive by consuming more productivity content.

You become productive by doing work that matters.

Reading another book, listening to another podcast, or doomscrolling another feed won’t move the needle if you never act on what you already know.

Most productivity advice comes down to this:

  • Focus on what matters most.
  • Do one thing at a time.
  • Work when your energy is highest.
  • Eliminate distractions.
  • Say no a lot.
  • Launch before it’s perfect.
  • Rest, then do it again.

You don’t need another productivity hack.
You need to start.
