In John 2, Jesus’ first recorded miracle didn’t happen in front of a large crowd. It took place quietly, behind the scenes.
One of the key details in this account is the obedience of the servants. Jesus’ instructions likely didn’t make sense to them, yet they followed Him anyway. Their simple obedience allowed them to experience a miracle we’re still talking about today.
Often, its our quiet, unseen obedience to Jesus’ word that prepares the way for God’s extraordinary work in our life.
