Recently we’ve revamped our guest follow-up process to include a way to get feedback from first time families through a short, anonymous online survey. Here’s the email we’re sending to new families to welcome them to our church and get their feedback about their time with us:
Hi Parents!
I wanted to send you this letter to let you know how excited I am you came to HDC this weekend and gave us the privilege of caring for your child. Please know you and your family are always welcome at High Desert Church.We hope that you and your children had a phenomenal first experience. Our staff and volunteers work hard to create a safe and meaningful experience for you. Here are a few things to know about us:

We don’t want a ministry to your son/daughter; we want a ministry with your family. We want to help your family succeed. Our goal is to create a partnership between our team, your family, and the church so we lock arms and work together to honor God in all that we do.We want to hear what you have to say

Through our short Parent Weekly Newsletter you’ll get every time you come to HDC we want to let you know what programs, events, and resources are available to you and your family.
