Whether you’re going to summer camp for a week, taking students over the weekend to a winter retreat, or one of your small group leaders is taking their small group out for pizza after church having a permission slip on file BEFORE you take kids out is a good idea.
But finding one that covers all the legal stuff can be hard. So I thought I’d share our’s with you. Feel free to take our name off and put your’s on. Tweak it however you need to so it’ll be useful in your setting.
