What Our Emotions Tell Us

Your feelings are clues, not a compass. Your emotions don’t always tell you the truth about your situation, but they do tell you something about your heart. Listen to them, but don't let them take the lead. Healing doesn't happen by burying your emotions, but by bringing them honestly before Jesus.

The Problem with Comparison

The more you compare, the more you’ll despair. Comparison gives us a distorted view of reality. It leaves us believing that others are inferior to us or we’re inferior to them. Both views hurt more than they help. It’s better to celebrate your progress over coveting their’s.
