In Matthew 1, Joseph is described as a just man who was unwilling to bring shame to Mary.

Even when he believed she had been unfaithful, he chose compassion over humiliation—though, in the eyes of many, he had every right to do otherwise.

Not a single word Joseph spoke is recorded for us, yet his life still speaks powerfully today.

May we, like Joseph, be just people—unwilling to bring shame to those we believe have wronged us.
