There’s a scene in “The Santa Clause” where Charlie’s mom and stepdad talk about the year they stopped believing in Santa—when they didn’t get the gift they wanted.
Sometimes we can relate to God the same way. When He doesn’t answer our prayers the way we hoped, we’re tempted to pull away from Him.
But Jesus isn’t Santa-He’s our Savior. In Him we everything we truly need. Don’t let disappointment cause you to drift from the One who gave His life for you.
